Leinster Rugby Players Become Wagamama Chefs

Leinster Academy and Sub-Academy players Jack O’Beirne, Colin Mallon, Jack McGrath, Ian Madigan and Sami Dowling (Sub Academy Fitness Coach) were in attendance

The course content was created by Wagamama, working closely with Leinster Team Nutritionist, Emma McCrudden, to let the members know how important healthy eating is for any sports person
